  Job Overview

The role involves managing the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process, including vendor lead generation, audits, licensing documentation, cost analysis, and negotiations. It covers arranging product samples, organizing trials, coordinating with Supply Chain for raw material procurement, and following up on production and dispatches. The role also liaises with Finance for invoice and payment processing, maintains product master files, and ensures smooth cross-functional coordination to achieve on-time product launches.

  Key Stakeholders: External  TP Vendors
  Reporting Structure Reports to Senior Chief Manager- Business Development
 
  Experience 4-6 yrs in business development and vendor mgt
   

FMCG background with PG / MBA preferred
