Develop and execute strategic plans, in partnership with Client Partner, to drive transformational client growth. Includes nuanced understanding of client's business, operations and organization as well as Meta's advertising tech stack and future product roadmap
Lead external client education and consultations for existing best practices and future product solutions. Proactively stay on the cutting edge of innovation through internal cross-functional team relationships with product, measurement, creative, engineering, and beyond
Craft data-driven narratives and recommendations to drive incremental revenue using custom analyses, effective communication, and persuasive presentation skills
Manage end-to-end account operations, troubleshooting, and escalations ensuring prompt and effective resolution
Prioritizing client and team face-time, with capacity to travel for external and internal meetings and events as needed
Identify optimisation opportunities for improving Meta campaigns performance
Project manage internal operations and complex work streams
Expertise in analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights
Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases
Proven track record driving a book of business, increasing revenue and business performance
Experience delivering insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with a broad set of cross-functional teams
Experience influencing executive leaders and clients
Advanced experience structuring and manipulating raw data into datasets for analysis
Experience navigating ambiguity with agility to effectively lead complex and changing priorities
5+ years of experience in digital media, sales, product and/or performance marketing
