Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. 

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid (Spain) , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

• Ensure the robustness of the product / process design.
• Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities contract managers, logisticians, quality analysts, etc. in carrying out their activities.
• Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables.
• Manage part of Digital simulation activities which are necessary to ensure project development within QCD and TEI (budget) constraints.
• Capitalise Digital know-how in product/process development.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in +5 years of experience working on mechanical projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent skills in leadership, communication, and cross-functional management.
• Strong competencies in internal combustion engines, gearboxes and hybrid sustems components, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
