Commercial Support Specialist

The Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Support Specialist
• who will play a critical role in assisting the local Commercial Team to achieve
• revenue targets and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position
• involves handling both internal and external documentation tasks, managing
• customer inbound queries, generating reports, and providing support to both
• customers and internal teams.

What You Will Do

• Act as a liaison between the local commercial team, clients, and otherdepartments.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and delivery teams to ensure timely deliveryand invoicing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to resolve issues orescalate appropriately.
• Support the local Commercial Team with ad hoc tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.

Requirements

• 2 years of proven experience in a support or customer service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
