In this role, you will focus on transforming the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Google has using the latest Gemini models and Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovations. You will lead AI initiatives in Developer focusing on leveraging the latest Gemini models and agentic frameworks to launch AI powered agentic experiences in the outer loop SDLC (e.g., production debugging, application creation, task management etc.) for Googlers. You will innovate on AI agentic capabilities while collaborating with our research team, Agentic frameworks team and other outer loop products teams. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to form the strategy with stakeholders and deliver on the AI agentic experiences for our businesses and Googlers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000-$349,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
  • Drive technical project strategy, lead large-scale Machine Learning (ML) infrastructure optimization, and oversee the design and implementation of solutions across multiple specialized ML areas.
  • Lead the development and execution of AI strategies, focusing on areas such as bug fixing, debugging, error fixing, and AIPG production agent.
  • Work closely with product managers, technical program managers, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement evaluation plans and metrics for AI solutions.
