Key Account Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth to meet annual sales targets
  • Drive key products’ business growth in Taiwan market by strategic planning and efficient execution with the business partners
  • Provide guidance to distributor partners to establish sales strategy for better manipulation of sales tender and identify potential sales opportunities, and help to develop working relationship with appropriate KOL within the strategic accounts
  • Frequently perform field visit to verify sales funnels probability and then convert it to the real sales
  • Cooperate with business partners to build up rapport with targeted KOL in key accounts
  • Working closely with manager to drive appropriate sales tactics and action programs in alignment with the overall marketing strategies.
  • Bring in constructive ideas to marketer on new business opportunities in target specialties
  • Other duties assigned by manager

Qualification

  • Experience in hospital selling for medical devices and funnel tender management experience
  • Distributor management experience with proven records is an advantage
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills, especially in English
  • Motivated and committed self starter

Education And/Or Experience

  • University graduate
  • At least 7 years of sales experience healthcare industry, including consumables and equipment
  • Surgical, ICU or Clinical background will be plus advantage
