Warranty PRC Site Supervisor

Run Thailand PRC Site in a safe manner and meet all external/internal OH&S requirements.

Manage, with the site PRC Material handlers, technicians, all personnel.

Represent Thailand PRCs at an IMG level.

Own and deliver Thailand PRC KPI’s.

Manage and Maintain Parts Return and Shipments to and from Thailand.

Deliver the L2 and L3 Parts Testing and Teardown Plan on Warranty Components.

Manage Engine and Transmission Teardown process for Thailand PRC.

Develop and Manage Red Table Review (RTR) processes for Thailand PRC.

Deliver Dealer Control plan for Thailand PRC.

Follow PRC processes and systems to ensure an effective outcome.

Manage the Thailand PRC Cost Budget.

Complete Other Assignment / Projects as required.

Ensure that training and development processes are clear and available to the individual team members.

Education QualificationEngineering preferred.No. of Years of Experience

Min 6 years’ experience in a technical environment required

Professional Exposure

(Technical Skills)

Automotive Experience Preferred

Manufacturing, Quality, Material Handling experience in a high-quality manufacturing-design environment

Functional Skills

Strong Technical, Analytical skills required

People management skills, Customs & Logistic requirements for Thailand market. 

Behavioural Skills

Leadership, Results-driven attitude, Effective communication skills (incl English) both verbal and written. Ability to influence and build relationships.

Special Knowledge/Skills  Required

Quality-AI / GSAR / OWS-SERVIS2 / Microcat / Panda / PTS

Microsoft Office, Ford QOS, Tracklite.
