Job Purpose Lead the execution of legal services to affiliates, ensuring that they meet business goals in a legal compliant manner, and to act as custodian of specialized legal knowledge.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide advice on contractual and legal matters within the departments work arrangements and assignments under guidance from the General Legal Counsel.
• Review, examines and provides recommendation for the purpose of ensuring that all legally binding instruments are consistent with the Kingdom's and Maaden's rules and regulations.
• Negotiate, review and draft agreements, contracts with local and international partners and parties and ensures that said arrangements serve the best interests of Maaden.
• Review internal company rules and regulations and provide advices as necessary.
• Provide legal advice on contractual, administrative and all other related matters to all Maaden departments for the purpose of ensuring that the Maaden legal rights and privileges are protected.
• Review contracts, purchase orders and other legal matters to ensure conformity with the Kingdom's and Maaden's rules and regulations.
• Co-determine legal strategy and execute supporting and enabling business goals.
• Support legal dispute resolution (revision, preparation, support, advice, representation and reporting in respect to all litigation matters).
• Translating of legal documentation (Arabic to English and vice versa).

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law from a reputable university.

• Minimum Experience: 8+ years' experience in corporate legal work with reputable firms, of which at least five (3) years must be at Senior level.
