We are recruiting for the Assistant Manager position in the UK Deal Advisory Tax team with subject matter expertise in UK Corporate Tax.

Working as an Assistant Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:

•Provide deal advisory tax services to a wide range of corporate clients, including FTSE 100 companies and private equity owned businesses. •Support the preparation of tax due diligence reports and associated tax advisory deliverables, delivering a high-quality product within the agreed time frames. •Provide day-to-day support to Managers and Senior Managers to assist with high quality deliverables and exceptional client service. •Assist with information research to prepare background information and tax technical topics. •Raise appropriate information requests to gather outstanding data from clients and review the information received. •Help setup, monitor and close the client engagement with associated tasks for each stage. •Correspond with your clients via various mediums (emails, virtual meetings, letters, reports etc.) at relevant points throughout the deal cycle.  •Make use of available technologies to manage your engagements as effectively and efficiently as possible. 
 

Educational Qualifications

•Degree from reputable university with excellent academic result. •CA, ACCA, ACA, ICAI and/or ATT / CTA qualification would be an advantage.

Work Experience

•Minimum of 5years of relevant professional experience in UK Corporate taxation. 

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Must have strong English communication skills (CEFR Level of B1 or higher). ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including MS Outlook and Excel.
