Key Responsibilities:
• Supports HR Process redesign & process improvement
• Improves overall HR operational efficiency through
various interventions, including technology (interview
guide, work activity analysis, synthesis of information,
report and so forth)
• Conducts HR Benchmarking and Research
• Demonstrates proficiency in stakeholder analysis, job
impact assessment, communication planning, change
measurement (change readiness/surveys, business
readiness) and additional experience in culture and
change diagnostics
• Demonstrates proficiency in HR organization design
analysis and process designing using ARIS/Visio
• Exhibits understanding of various survey tools including
Qualtrics
• Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering
and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining
approvals
• Determines proposal concept by identifying and
clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for
proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings
• Conducts HR Technology Vendor Assessment and
provides Project Management Office support

  • Drives communications with the onshore stakeholders
  • using different media (emails, calls, VC etc..) to ensure
  • there are no gaps
  • Takes complete ownership for standalone deliverables,
  • managing the relationship with the client that significantly
  • contributes to the overall success of the project
  • Supports capability building and demand generation
  • and identifies areas where KPMG Global Services (KGS)
  • can provide support to other member firms

Qualification:
• Proficiency in excel with the ability to create macros
using VBA
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio,
Aris, Qualtrics, OrgVue and Survey
• Designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey
Gizmo
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to
quickly establish a rapport with colleagues and clients
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to
prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills
