You’Ll Contribute To:
- Establish strategic relationships across claims and contact centre function teams to understand critical activities and resourcing requirements and support staff placement across the operation.
- Deliver forecasting and operations scheduling of resources to support current and future workforce needs.
- Provide high-level advice and support on all claims functions on workforce planning and performance measurement matters.
- Identify potential workforce gaps and develop strategies to address them proactively.
A Bit About You:
- Ideally, have a minimum of 2 years' experience in stakeholder engagement with a thorough understanding of workforce planning and performance analysis in contact centres or large workforce environments.
- Experience in workforce planning and performance reporting tools including Genesys phone system (or similar contact centre platform) highly regarded.
- Hold engaging discussions with senior leaders about performance and planning.
- Drive positive resource changes through the ability to influence and communicate data and insights.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply judgment in making quality decisions based on relevant information, both factual and anecdotal.
