Workforce Planning Analyst

You’Ll Contribute To:

• Establish strategic relationships across claims and contact centre function teams to understand critical activities and resourcing requirements and support staff placement across the operation.  
• Deliver forecasting and operations scheduling of resources to support current and future workforce needs.  
• Provide high-level advice and support on all claims functions on workforce planning and performance measurement matters.  
• Identify potential workforce gaps and develop strategies to address them proactively. 

A Bit About You:

• Ideally, have a minimum of 2 years' experience in stakeholder engagement with a thorough understanding of workforce planning and performance analysis in contact centres or large workforce environments. 
• Experience in workforce planning and performance reporting tools including Genesys phone system (or similar contact centre platform) highly regarded.
• Hold engaging discussions with senior leaders about performance and planning. 
• Drive positive resource changes through the ability to influence and communicate data and insights. 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply judgment in making quality decisions based on relevant information, both factual and anecdotal.
