Through the Number 10 Internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in what it takes to work within a futbol team in one of the world’s most vibrant and global cities. The program offers structured mentoring, learning sessions, and opportunities to interact with employees across all departments, giving your insight into the diverse roles and operations within the club. This is more than an internship, it's a unique chance to grow your skills, build your networks and be part of a passionate team.

Inter Miami CF is looking for a Community & Foundation Intern to work closely with the Director of Community Engagement & Director of Foundation on a wide range of projects geared towards solidifying Inter Miami’s commitment and responsibility to bettering the South Florida and global community. This person will be working on developing, supporting, and executing community and foundation initiatives.  This position will be a seasonal Part-time paid internship.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support with activations- this includes the ideation stage, planning and executing stages. Candidate must be available to help with in-person events and must be able to help with setup and breakdown of events.  
  • Support with the Foundation’s Instagram account. Help to build out the social media strategy and take over the weekly Instagram management during the internship.  
  • Support initiatives in the stadium and during game days.  
  • This candidate should be available to work in Miami but also be able to work in Fort Lauderdale when necessary.  
  • Support with basic administrative tasks for the Inter Miami CF Foundation and Community Department.  

Requirements

  • Applicants must be current students pursuing a undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Public Affairs, or a related field, or recent graduates who completed their degree no more than six months prior to the application deadline. 
  • Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and hands-on work environment.  
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere. 
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency a plus. 
  • Understanding of Non-Profits a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Start date:  January 14th, 2026 

  Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship, without interruption. Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work visa from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to maintain their authorization to work in the U.S.
