As the AVP – Human Resources, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving all facets of the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, compliance, and HR reporting. You will help shape a high-performing, people-first culture by attracting top talent, fostering engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Your insights will directly influence key business decisions and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and design effective retention strategies to reduce attrition.
- Performance Management & Rewards:
- Develop performance frameworks, design incentive and recognition programs, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Policy Development:
- Formulate, review, and implement HR policies related to conduct, inclusion, compliance, and employee well-being in line with organizational goals.
- Payroll & Compliance:
- Oversee accurate payroll management through HRMS systems and ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Appraisals & Succession Planning:
- Manage performance evaluations, develop fair and transparent appraisal processes, and collaborate with leadership on succession planning and employee development.
- Learning & Development:
- Promote continuous learning through training programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives that enhance employee capability and career progression.
- HR Operations & Reporting:
- Maintain precise HR data and analytics, generate periodic reports, and support financial planning through workforce insights.
- Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute engagement initiatives that build morale, encourage collaboration, and sustain a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or HR-related certification required.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
