What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Help customers with product inquiries, order processing, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Handle customer and partner queries related to both customer support and technical issues.
• Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure smooth, consistent interactions.
• Communicate positively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
