As our HR Business Partner for Germany, you’ll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and supporting our teams to thrive. You’ll work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with our goals, foster a strong company culture, and ensure we remain a great place to work.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Support organizational design and workforce planning to ensure optimal team structures and capabilities.
- Drive performance management cycles, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and development conversations.
- Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and follow-up.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company values and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and support training initiatives.
- Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Act as a liaison between employees and leadership, promoting transparency and trust.
Your Profile
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys building strong, people-first workplaces. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- About 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- German and English C1 level or higher in both.
- Experience working with HR data and analytics tools is a plus.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A genuine passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.
