Over the two-year self-directed programme, you’ll gain a unique insight into the nuclear industry. This starts with broad exposure across teams and customers and evolves into discipline-focused work that aligns with your career ambitions. Within our programme, there will be opportunities to rotate through different teams and projects to help grow your knowledge, skills and behaviours. 

Qualifications

🔍 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for ambitious graduates with a 2:1 degree in any discipline who are ready to take on the challenge of managing time, cost, and performance across complex projects. You’ll have a genuine interest in Project Controls, Planning, and Project Management, and be keen to learn how these functions help deliver large-scale engineering and infrastructure programmes💡.

• You’ll be someone who enjoys:

• 💭 Seeing ideas through from concept to completion

With strong communication 🗣️ and organisational skills 📅, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and keeping teams aligned. A keen eye for detail 👀 and a proactive mindset 💪 will help you spot challenges early and find practical solutions.

📝 Additional Information

To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident, as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance 🛡️, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.

As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK 🚗✈️, and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.
