We are now seeking a highly skilled Integrations Manager to take ownership of our partner and client integrations. This role will ensure integrations are scoped, delivered, and maintained to the highest standard, reducing operational friction and enabling both our partners and internal teams to focus on commercial growth and core product delivery.

Reporting into the Customer Success Manager and working closely with external partners and internal operational teams, this individual will act as the dedicated owner of integration management, providing technical oversight, clear documentation, and end-to-end project management. Integration Ownership

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all technical partnership integrations.
  • Manage technical communication and escalations with external partners and internal teams.
  • Own the maintenance, upgrade, and lifecycle management of existing integrations.
  • Define, scope, and project manage the delivery of new integrations from concept to launch.
  • Ensure all integrations are fully documented and knowledge is shared across the business.
  • Provide input into the long-term integration product vision.

Technical Project Management

  • Act as the frontline technical point of contact for partner and client integration queries.
  • Support onboarding teams and client project managers with technical integration requirements.
  • Manage and prioritise change requests as partner and client data setups evolve.
  • Monitor progress, track issues, and ensure integrations are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver seamless integrations.
  • Work with the Partnerships team to enable commercialisation of integrations by removing technical blockers.
  • Reduce reliance on key internal resources by owning integration delivery, freeing other leaders and teams to focus on their core roles.
  • Proven experience in technical integrations and project management, preferably within SaaS or data integration environments.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and integration technologies (e.g., Kafka, bonus engines, or equivalent).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage both internal and external technical communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Strong documentation and process improvement skills, with a focus on scalability and repeatability.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Partnerships.
  • Candidates with project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are preferred, but not essential.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland or London/Milton Keynes, UK.
