Sales with New Clients: You will manage your own pipeline of potential new clients and maintain close communication with them to understand their needs and convincingly present our solution for model-based construction site management. Your goal is to acquire suitable new clients – both in Germany and internationally.
Client Management and Expansion: You will build and maintain your own client portfolio and work on expanding the collaboration to place specter on more and more construction sites.
Development of Sales Strategies: You will analyze client needs and develop strategies to quickly and successfully acquire clients and expand with them.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: You will work closely with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, as well as the co-founders, to ensure an optimal customer journey for (potential) new and existing clients and incorporate client requirements into our solutions.
Trade Fairs and Events: You will represent specter automation at trade fairs and events, staying informed about current industry trends. Regular interaction with potential new clients as well as existing clients will be a key focus.
Industry Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in a technical, site management, or sales-related role, and are familiar with the processes and challenges of the construction sector.
Technical Understanding: You can quickly familiarize yourself with technical topics and solutions and are confident in dealing with industry-specific subjects such as construction site management or technologies like BIM.
Communication Skills: You know how to communicate with clients and internal teams at eye level, convincingly convey technical details, and explain complex relationships with ease.
Initiative and Willingness to Learn: You have a hands-on mentality, tackle challenges, and enjoy developing yourself further.
Result Orientation: You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, maintain an overview even in demanding projects, and set clear priorities.
Language Skills: Fluent English and ideally good German skills enable you to work with both clients and international teams.
