Your Responsibilities
Client Support and Analysis: You will independently manage your client portfolio and develop targeted solutions for model-based construction site management.
Implementation Strategies: From onboarding through project support to successful rollout, you will develop and implement tailored strategies.
User and Client Profiles: You will collect and document all essential information about clients, projects, and users to ensure targeted construction site management.
Knowledge Sharing, Product, and Process Development: You will share your valuable practical insights with your Spectee team, and together, we will work on process optimizations and product improvements.

Data Coordination and Technical Support: In collaboration with site management and foremen, you will assist with setups, resolve potential blockages, and coordinate data.

Your Experience
Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in structural and interior construction (turnkey), and you are also familiar with Customer Success Management.
Analytical and Technical Understanding: You possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to question and precisely understand customer requirements.
Communication Skills: You can explain complex technical content in a target group-oriented and patient manner, both when dealing with clients and within your team.
Working Style and Initiative: You work in a structured, (self-)organized, and solution-oriented manner with a hands-on mentality.
Language Skills: You are fluent in German and have good English skills.

Planning and Control Tools: Knowledge of LEAN, modeling (e.g., Revit), the BIM method, and related file formats (e.g., IFC) completes your specter-fit.
Site Management: You are the perfect all-rounder if you already have experience in site management.
