Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• Using JIRA
• Working on multi-disciplinary application development teams
• Testing Single-Page Applications
• Documenting testing procedures and testing results
• Building rapport with customers among a diverse User base
• Performing UI tests and reporting test results
• Working with developers to track new features and report failed tests
• Being the Point-of-Contact (POC) for Users needing help or assistance with applications
• Advertising features/capabilities of the applications
• Working with Users and Stakeholders to elicit new features, workflows, and functionality.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

• Cyber operations mission applications
• Cyber operations user and training requirements
• Facilitating outreach, training, or brownbag sessions to discuss technical features of applications or digital tools.
