Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Product Support & Maintenance:
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Trillium software issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of the Trillium platform.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Trillium.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Trillium software upgrades and patches.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure compatibility and minimal downtime.
- Maintain detailed documentation of upgrade procedures and configurations.
- Support integration of Trillium with other enterprise systems (e.g., ETL tools, data warehouses, MDM platforms).
- Configure Trillium components (Director, Discovery, Quality, Control Center) based on business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal security and data governance policies.
- Follow ITIL or similar service management practices for incident, change, and problem management.

Qualifications
Bachelors Or Masters
