  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components that can be driven incrementally and at scale.
  • Assist in establishing and enforcing guidelines for front-end development, focusing on performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive build.
  • Participate in sprint planning, technical design sessions, and retrospectives to improve development processes and team velocity.
  • Contribute to team culture by fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

  • Strong fundamentals in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, front-end state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand), and component-based architectures.
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and front-end performance tuning.
  • Experience with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and client-side data handling.
  • Proficient in front-end testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, set direction, and influence architecture decisions.
  • Position may require occasional travel.

  • Experience in e-commerce or advertising technology domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or XP.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Strong data analysis capabilities in large-scale environments.
  • Proficient in developing software using an iterative development approach and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
