This role will be based in Bangalore, India. 

Position Summary

As a Compensation & Benefits Partner, you will support the development and execution of compensation and benefits programs for LinkedIn’s India operations & APAC wide programs. Reporting to the Director of Compensation & Benefits APAC, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant total rewards practices. 

This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical capabilities, regional market knowledge, and a passion for operational excellence in compensation and benefits. 

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Execution & Support 

  • Manage compensation program operations including market pricing, benchmarking, and survey participation. 
  • Consult on offer strategies, ensuring policy compliance and alignment with compensation philosophy. 
  • Address and resolve complex queries from internal stakeholders and vendors. 
  • Support annual compensation planning cycles including budgeting, merit, and bonus processes. 
  • Manage India-specific benefits programs. 
  • Prepare benefits dashboards and cost analyses to support budgeting and decision-making. 
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies. 
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Benefits Program Support

  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to deliver consistent compensation guidance. 
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and program enhancements. 
  • Contribute to the development of employee communications and training materials related to total rewards. 

System & Process Optimization 

  • Review and maintain Workday compensation modules and dashboards. 
  • Recommend improvements to tools and processes to enhance efficiency and transparency. 

Project Participation

  • Participate in regional initiatives such as M&A due diligence, new office setup, and integration activities. 
  • Support implementation of global and regional C&B programs within assigned scope. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 +years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, HR, or related fields. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Human Resources. 
  • Experience with compensation practices in India and/or R&D functions. 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday. 
  • Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics. 
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Comfortable working in a remote team environment and across time zones. 
  • Strategic Mindset: Applies market insights to inform program execution.
