The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

From onboarding to manager development to career growth programming, you’ll bring Moloco’s identity as a learning company to life — scaling growth, capability, and culture across a global workforce.

The Opportunity:

Learning Experience Design

• Lead the design of cohort-based learning journeys — from intake to impact — that address key performance needs and business objectives.
• Apply adult learning theory, behavioral science, and UX principles to craft emotionally engaging, high-impact learning experiences.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging learning tech to personalize, accelerate, and scale learning — including intelligent content delivery, smart nudges, and skill-based learning paths.
• Build supporting assets (toolkits, microlearning, AI agents) that reinforce and extend learning well beyond the classroom.
• Design culturally responsive experiences that honor norms and preferences across Moloco’s global workforce.

Facilitation & Program Ownership

• Exclusive facilitator of signature learning experiences that accelerate time to productivity for new hires, equip managers with foundational skills, and inspire the next wave of leaders.
• Set the bar for engaging, inclusive facilitation and shape facilitation standards of all learning experiences at Moloco.
• Lead rituals and group experiences that build trust, spark connection, and reinforce Moloco’s culture of growth and accountability.

Impact & Iteration

• Use feedback loops, usage patterns, and behavior signals to continuously improve learning design and delivery.
• Partner with People Analytics and other COEs to define success metrics and track effectiveness of learning investments.
• Promote a culture of iteration — where learning programs evolve based on learner needs and business realities.

Collaboration & Integration

• Act as an energizing force and connector at HQ that builds deep relationships to maintain a true pulse of the business and influences positive change.
• Consult with leaders and teams to identify development needs and design targeted interventions that drive results.
• Contribute to building a learning ecosystem that supports internal mobility, manager effectiveness, and culture health.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• 6–10+ years in L&D, learning design, talent development, or leadership development roles
• Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading both live and virtual sessions for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Certification in psychometric tools like Hogan, StrengthsFinder, Enneagram, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to use feedback and data to improve learning experiences and outcomes
• Track record of managing programs end-to-end in dynamic, high-growth environments
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — written, verbal, and visual
• Experience incorporating AI tools into content creation, curation, or learning journey design
• Familiarity with Sana or other modern learning platforms
• Executive coaching certification
• Background working in global or cross-cultural environments

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range:$165,000—$210,000 USD
