About The Role
As Senior Product Manager for Corporate Tools, you’ll own and evolve Mindbody’s enterprise application that empowers large, multi-location businesses to operate at scale. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad of engineers to define the vision, roadmap, and execution plan for corporate management capabilities—enabling many of the world’s largest Fitness and Wellness providers across the U.S. and international markets.This is a highly strategic role that shapes the future of how Mindbody serves its largest customers. You’ll develop the long-term platform strategy, drive alignment across teams, lead complex initiatives with partners in Account Management, Product, Customer Support, and Data Services and set the bar for reliability, compliance, and innovation in enterprise management.
What You’Ll Do
- Own Product Vision & Roadmap Define and evangelize a multi-year roadmap for Corporate Tools capabilities.
- Prioritize features by ROI, balancing platform-level foundations against bespoke customer requests.
- Lead Cross-Functional ExecutionManage ideation, evaluation, definition, prioritization, and delivery with a squad of engineers.
- Drive efficient trade-offs through technical discussions; ensure solutions are scalable, observable, and maintainable.
- Be the Voice of the Customer & BusinessConduct discovery via user research, data analysis (EDW/Snowflake, vendor dashboards), and direct customer interviews.
- Translate qualitative insights and quantitative metrics into clear product requirements and success criteria.
- Represent the needs of both our business customers and their clients.
- Partner to Go-To-MarketCollaborate with Account Management, Product Marketing, Customer Support, and Legal to craft launch plans, documentation, and enablement for new corporate tools and enhancements to existing corporate tools.
- Define and measure adoption KPIs; iterate on UX flows to drive engagement.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–5 years of end-to-end product management experience, from discovery to delivery and iteration
- Proven success building and scaling B2B or enterprise-grade platforms that serve complex customer needs
- Experience managing mature, mission-critical products within large or matrixed organizations
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to break down complex challenges and drive pragmatic solutions with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing across business, technical, and executive audiences
- Experience leading engineering squads and working within a technical organization, fostering alignment and accountability across time zones
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable using tools like Snowflake/EDW, Excel, and SQL to surface insights and drive data-informed decisions
- Strong understanding of a great user experience, with the ability to partner with design translate complex use cases into intuitive, impactful product experience
