In this role, you will be a vital part of our HR team, providing comprehensive support to our executive leadership and ensuring efficient HR operations. You will handle various administrative tasks, from scheduling interviews to managing onboarding processes, making this position essential to our overall success.

As a Remote HR Executive Assistant, you will help streamline HR functions, contribute to a positive candidate experience, and assist with employee-related inquiries. Job Type: FullTime

  • Salary: $800 - $1,500 per month (Dependent on experience)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within an HR setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and employee onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., ATS platforms, HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining efficient workflows and processes.
  • Desirable: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing necessary materials in advance.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and training coordination.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee inquiries, maintain open communication lines, and support team members with HR-related questions.
  • HR Documentation: Facilitate the maintenance of employee records and ensure all HR documentation is organized and up-to-date.
  • Administration: Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
  • Process Improvement: Help identify and implement process improvements within the HR function to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure that all sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
