1300SMILES Springfield Lakes is a busy, five-chair A-dec practice offering a full range of general and high-end dentistry. You’ll be joining a team of experienced clinicians and supported by a strong network of dental professionals and administrative staff dedicated to patient care.

Job Description

• Full-time position (5 days per week) in a well-established, high-performing clinic
• Supportive environment for clinicians eager to grow and expand their skills

• Modern equipment including OPG, Intraoral Cameras, Cone Beam CT, Itero Scanner, and access to a denture specialist and lab technician
• A highly skilled and motivated support team, including a passionate Practice Manager, 5 loyal Dental Assistants, Clinical Coordinator, Admin Coordinator, and experienced Receptionists
• Collaborative culture where clinicians are always open to discussing complex cases
• Access to our Clinician Development Program with extensive learning resources
• Visa sponsorship may be available for clinicians from the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, and Canada

Qualifications

About You

• Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration (or the ability to obtain it)
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for continuous learning and clinical excellence
• Interest in expanding skills into areas such as orthodontics
