Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive financial analyses, schedules, and executive-level reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, organizational standards, and operational governance policies.
  • Architect, enhance, and sustain sophisticated Tableau dashboards and automated Alteryx workflows to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
  • Leverage and integrate data from both the on-premises Data Lake (via DBeaver) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments to drive reporting initiatives, dynamic dashboard updates, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Execute data validation and root-cause troubleshooting to safeguard the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets.
  • Develop, refine, and institutionalize process documentation while proactively recommending, designing, and implementing improvements to reporting systems and workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to anticipate and define evolving reporting needs, translating them into efficient, scalable, and sustainable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, ensuring the delivery of timely, high-quality outputs that drive decision-making and operational excellence.

Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:

  • Proven expertise with BI and data automation tools, especially Alteryx and Tableau (must-have).
  • Experience working with large datasets, on-premises Data Lakes, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP); knowledge of SQL and query tools such as DBeaver.
  • Experience with Hyperion and EBS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, data quality, and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently identify issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, build productive relationships, and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
