About The Job:

Taco Bell International is looking for a creative, highly organized, and collaborative team player to join our marketing team as an Associate Project Lead. In this role, you’ll report to the International Marketing Manager and work closely with our in-house team as well as external agency partners to support the development and execution of global and regional marketing projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing area of the business and help bring the Taco Bell brand to life around the world.

The Day-To-Day:

  • Assist in managing timelines, tasks, and deliverables for global creative projects, ensuring work stays on track and within budget.
  • Partner with internal teams—including creative, marketing, and regional stakeholders—to support project alignment and seamless execution.
  • Track feedback and revisions through the review process to help drive timely approvals and asset updates.
  • Support logistics for photoshoots, video productions, and other content development efforts.
  • Manage project trackers and weekly status updates to keep teams informed and aligned.
  • Oversee the organization and release of final creative assets to regional teams.

Is This You?

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative project management, marketing coordination, or production support—QSR, retail, or agency experience a strong plus
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and proven ability to manage timelines across multiple projects
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and time zones
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Microsoft Office, strong PowerPoint skills a must.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Irvine, CA

Salary Range: ­­$86,300 to $101,400 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
