The Role
As a Senior Marketing Associate at SEEK you'll be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment where you can make a real difference. You'll work on complex challenges that have a direct impact on people's lives, helping us evolve our business and reach new heights.
This role reports into the Marketing Manager – Customer Lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement for the B2B hirer segment across APAC. This role is responsible for solving key hirer pain points by designing multi-channel journey experiences (email and other social channels like whatsapp, Viber) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms like Bird.com.
This is a regional role which works closely with local country teams to support local market campaigns as well with cross-functional teams in regional business operations, Product and Commercial.
The Team
The APAC Customer Engagement team has 14 members across three functions: Customer Engagement, Platform Operations and Planning. This team is part of the broader APAC Marketing function which has ~160 people across 8 markets. In this role you’ll contribute to wider marketing and cross-functional working groups. This role has no direct reports.
Job Description
- Day-to-day management and execution (build, test and deploy) campaign activity (BAU/Mass/Solus and end to end Journey program)
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager on the journey roadmap development
- Help develop and implement the customer journey strategy across our 8 APAC markets with a key focus on the hirer segment
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with marketing colleagues and various business stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of effective campaign activity with the customer front and centre and solving for their pain points and driving business objectives.
- Ability to use data insights to inform journey optimisations and proactively sharing those insights with stakeholders
- Manage the briefing process from start to end and work collaboratively with stakeholders, creative services team and our internal stakeholders in platform operations team to build automations to help accelerate and bring unified journeys across all our APAC markets to market
- Bring a problem-solving and proactive mindset to the team

Qualifications
- Expertise in Salesforce and its Marketing Cloud modules
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Marketing automation software
- Expertise in creating complex customer journeys from end-to-end
- Understanding of marketing principles (segmentation, journeys, programmatic and paid media, and site tagging)
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects, priorities and resources to deliver business outcomes
- Proven ability to communicate well with all areas and levels of an organisation
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL (query studio module). HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting
- Expertise in Salesforce and its Marketing Cloud modules
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Marketing automation software
