Responsibilities:

  • Partner with plant teams and support the Plant Controller by providing financial data and analysis to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Scenario modeling to support planning and decision-making.
  • Assist with budgeting process and budget control, monthly forecasts, and financial modeling.
  • Help translate financial data into clear insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Savings and changes initiatives evaluations.
  • Cost accounting activities including standard costing, overhead allocation, and variance analysis.
  • Identifying cost drivers and collaborate with operations to address variances.
  • Maintain and update financial reports and dashboards to track plant performance and KPIs.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies across financial systems.
  • Inventory valuation and reconciliation processes.
  • Capital expenditure tracking and investments reviews.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Background in cost accounting and financial analysis, with hands-on experience in plant operational finance significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or similar field.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling skills.
  • Experience with SAP ERP System.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • English and Lithuanian language required.

Salary

2000-3400 €/Gross month after after assessing your competencies and work experience.
