PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION: This role will support the Culture Marketing team globally for operational excellence internally and externally. By working closely with Operations team, this role is responsible for organizing and executing operations projects, invoicing, legal and processes related to the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support against overall projects and maintain project list and proactively communicate status
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Support organization of team milestones/meetings, townhalls and newsletters
  • Provides proactive and clear communication on behalf of operations to wider Culture Marketing team and Senior leadership
  • Act as the office liaison with various internal & external parties to ensure one source of information and ensure information is communicated to all relevant parties
  • Support in process and system maintenance of core systems (CAF, PAT, DIST LIST, etc.)
  • Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner per contract payment schedule
  • Organization/tracking of global and local budgets, marketing spends, and contracts
  • Support planning and coordination efforts for key leadership visits, team summits, external visits and be a key partner to leadership team when activations occur  
  • Support Culture Marketing office spaces and storage areas and work closely in coordination with Workplaces, Health and Safety and Security to ensure space considerations are met and office is running efficiently
  • Collaborate and work closely with Security and Workplaces to ensure teams are adhering to space guidelines, health and safety standards and that the storage facilities meet the needs of the business and product is secure

  • Travel, domestic and international, as required by business needs.
  • Language: English: fluent

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree with equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in related area (agency or company)
  • Experience working in an international environment and or entertainment is an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $74,000 - $85,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
  • At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Los Angeles, California.
