Job Description

As a Casino Coordinator specialising in Integrations, you will join our dedicated Gaming Product team. Based at our bet365 office in Sliema, Malta, you will contribute to various projects supporting the delivery of our best-in-class Casino and Live Products.

You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and onboarding gaming content across all bet365 markets, helping to shape the future of our online gaming platform. Your keen insight into industry trends will be essential as you attend conferences, conduct competitor analysis and research to identify new providers, innovative game types, and opportunities for product enhancement, all with a strong emphasis on entertainment value, localisation, and quality.

In this dynamic position, your responsibilities will include researching and sourcing new providers, game types, and features, as well as managing the new provider backlog. You will identify potential providers and games for emerging markets, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including providers, gaming development, and gaming operations to ensure timely and successful content releases.

Additionally, you will regularly assess existing providers for market expansion, address localisation gaps, and contribute to product and platform improvements. Working alongside the Product Marketing team, you will recommend providers, games, and game types to support impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and engaging for our customers.

This position is available on a full time basis from Monday to Friday. Relevant training will be provided for the successful applicant.

• Proven experience in Gaming Product or a similar role within the iGaming industry.

• Staying informed about online casino game trends through competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
• Managing the new provider backlog effectively to ensure a smooth onboarding process for gaming content and play an active role in the successful release of Casino content, adhering to established roadmaps and timelines.
• Contributing to the product vision, integrating it into the roadmap and championing it with key stakeholders to drive alignment and focus.
• Driving innovation and improvement of gaming platforms, ensuring they align with player needs and preferences.
• Understanding which games, mechanics, features, and themes resonate in specific markets, providing valuable internal feedback and suggestions, while regularly reviewing existing providers for potential extension into new markets.
• Offering game suggestions for marketing activities to ensure the right games are delivered to players at the right time, maximising engagement.
• Communicating project statuses, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the process.
• Defining platforms, providers, and games for new market launches, tailoring offerings to local regulations and preferences, and reviewing aggregator content to address localisation gaps for a seamless player experience.
• Collaborating closely with casino product operations, sharing findings and aligning with domain owners to enhance overall performance, while maintaining up-to-date product documentation and Confluence pages for stakeholder accessibility.
