As our second GTM recruiter in London, you’ll be responsible for GTM hiring across our EMEA roles. You’ll directly own all stakeholder relationships, play a key role in representing and developing our talent brand in Dublin, and help grow our EMEA teams. This is a hybrid role that will require 3 days in person in our London office.

What you’ll do as a Recruiter, GTM - EMEA at Vanta:

  • Own hiring across the GTM function for our EMEA locations - source and close top talent across a variety of roles in sales
  • Directly manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers
  • Create and iterate on interview processes to ensure we are fairly and accurately assessing candidates throughout their interview experience
  • Be the subject-matter expert for EMEA hiring within the broader People team
  • Help build the Vanta talent brand across EMEA

How to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM-related roles in EMEA
  • Strong track record of hiring across high-volume roles in EMEA market
  • Ability to influence and drive developing roles from scratch
  • Strong business acumen across a variety of tech industries and companies in EMEA
  • Diligent about tracking and digging into pipeline data to inform your recruiting strategies
