Job Summary:
We are seeking a strong Senior Manual QA Engineer with excellent communication and QA skills. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in quality assurance processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Design, execute, and maintain detailed manual test cases to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution using industry-standard QA tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and product quality.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability, risk areas, and quality improvements.
• Drive QA best practices and contribute to process improvements within the QA team.
• 5+ years of experience in Manual QA testing for enterprise or web-based applications.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Role-specific Requirements:2 of the following 3 skills are a MUST:
