Role Mission
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in London. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across all areas of our business, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting our commercial objectives.
This role requires a proactive legal professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including supplier contracts, customer agreements, and partnership arrangements
- Provide legal support for corporate transactions, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives Employment & Data Protection
- Advise on employment law matters including contracts, disciplinary procedures, and workplace policies
- Ensure GDPR compliance and manage data protection policies
- Handle employment disputes and provide guidance on HR-related legal issues
- Review and update employee handbooks and policies Risk Management & Dispute Resolution
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across business operations
- Manage external legal counsel and control legal costs
- Develop and maintain contracts management systems and templates Strategic Legal Support
- Provide timely legal advice to senior management and business units
- Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments on legal matters
- What We’re Looking For

- What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with current practicing certificate
- 1-3 years PQE with some relevant experience in SaaS or technology businesses
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in corporate/commercial/tech law, preferably gained in private practice and/or in-house
- Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation
