As the Sr. Director, Enablement and Programs this position plays a critical role in operationalizing our GTM strategy to our teams. Reporting to the VP, GTM Operations & Enablement, you will develop and oversee the GTM Enablement Strategy to drive fast and thorough learning across our global GTM teams. You will lead an enablement team to build and scale enablement and programmatic frameworks, optimize onboarding and training, and ensure consistent messaging and execution across the funnel.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop & Scale GTM Enablement Strategy: Develop and own the global enablement strategy for all GTM teams, including onboarding, continuous training, communication, sales methodology adoption, and certifications.
  • Oversee tailored strategy implementation: Oversee and support enablement team in tailoring and implementing the enablement strategy for their aligned business unit.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Enablement Programs: Set and drive high-impact programs that align to the GTM Enablement strategy, including product releases, tech summit events, GTM kick-offs, other events and manager enablement.
  • Build Enablement Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and technologies that support team ramp and execution at scale.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, GTM Ops, SBDR and Product to ensure content, messaging, and tools are aligned to team needs, and pipeline generation and revenue goals.
  • Drive Insights & Optimization: Define and report on KPIs related to enablement success and sales productivity; use data to iterate on programs and influence GTM strategy.
  • Lead & Mentor a High-Impact Team: Hire, coach, and scale a world-class enablement team.

Key Skills:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in GTM Enablement, GTM Programs, GTM Operations, or similar at high-growth SaaS companies
  • 7+ years leading teams, track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing enablement professionals across multiple regions
  • Experience supporting international expansion, including building regionalized enablement programs that account for local sales motions, buyer personas, product positioning, and cultural nuance.
  • Proven success operationalizing enablement at scale designing and operationalizing repeatable field enablement programs
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the proven ability to influence cross-functional Leaders at the Executive level
  • Data-driven mindset, using KPIs such as ramp time, attainment, win rates, and productivity per headcount to assess impact and guide program evolution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to drive alignment at the C-suite level while building trust with customer-facing teams.
  • Comfort operating in dynamic, ambiguous, high-growth environments, with a bias for action and continuous iteration.

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

Base Salary Range: $260,000-$290,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
