We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Houston office. The selected candidate will play a key role in generating new leads, supporting client acquisition, and contributing to the overall growth of Swift7 Consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and consulting teams to present tailored solutions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Track and report key sales metrics to management.
  • Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
