We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our Atlanta team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support and ensuring seamless communication. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a dedication to delivering a superior client experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Assist in resolving client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Support internal teams by coordinating client requests and follow-ups.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring client concerns and opportunities for service improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Competitive salary: $49,000 - $52,000 per year
