As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll support local operations in Sweden while having a special focus on Driver Growth. You will ensure that driver funnels and partner processes are functioning and optimized, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

- <point> and optimize funnels for driver acquisition, conversion, and activation</point>
- <point>Follow up on, challenge and improve processes that are primarily performed by Customer Service, but require guidelines and information from our team</point>
- <point>Manage recurring tasks, while identifying new ways to perform them or even automate them for higher efficienc</point>
- <point>Track and improve the efficiency of partner processes, ensuring they align with Bolt’s expectations</point>
- <point>Support outsourced partners where needed, while proactively identifying improvement areas within your domain</point>
- <point>Support your team in data analysis, to discover initiatives that would help them reach set objectives and goals</point>
- <point>Share insights and feedback with the Operations Specialists, Operations Manager, and wider team to strengthen processes and supply growth initiatives</point>
- <point>Work cross-functionally with local and HQ teams to streamline processes and propose operational improvements</point>
- <point> Act as a Bolt ambassador, both internally and externally, representing our values in every interaction</point>
