Supports the coordination and performance of administrative tasks for physical moves of people and equipment within an organization.

 Detailed Description: 
  
    Facility maintenance and management 

1)    Arrange facility equipment repair and maintenance management including building, decorate, electric, firefighting, air-conditioning, industrial cooler, ventilation all kinds of pipe and furniture.
2)    Implement power distribution room high and low switch equipment, transformer and DC cabinet operation management.
3)    Start patrol inspection for power distribution room, building power distribution box, firefighting control room, air-compression equipment and monitor instruments working condition.
4)    Handle building roof corresponding VOC equipment maintenance and regularly replace VOC activated carbon.
5)    Supervise and manage external vendors’ maintenance/work in factory.
6)    Cooperation with AQ Shanghai for both shared areas including power and corresponding shared areas.
7)    Be responsible for factory building construction requirement evaluation when we have new equipment installation.
8)    Monitor factory water, electricity, gas and lighting related activities.
9)    Search sustainability project to make normalize energy reduction or saving.
10)    Establish and maintain facility relevant documents or specification.
11)    Create and implement the system of facility daily inspection and maintenance.
12)    Set up and implement facility proactive maintenance plan by monthly, quarterly and yearly.
13)    Take management of all working at height to make sure all fulfillment from TE.

Requirements:

1)    Have relevant working experience for facility management including water, electricity, gas, firefighting and air-conditioning.
2)    Have special qualification such as high voltage license, low voltage license, special equipment management certificate (pressure vessel management certificate).
3)     Firefighting license (class 4) for building is preferred.
4)    3-5 years working experience in facility management.
5)    Have mechanical and electrician working experience and be familiar to factory facility equipment.
6)    Good communication with cross function team and external vendor.
