About The Role: Zeno Group is seeking a digitally savvy and data-driven Account Manager to join its Canadian Paid Digital team, helping build paid media strategies and drive results for some of the world’s biggest lifestyle and CPG brands.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a compassionate team lead.
- Build client relationships.
- Deliver clear POVs on digital and media trends.
- Demonstrate the ability to council juniorteam members, colleagues, and clients.
- Develop client paid media proposals/pitches
- Develop thoughtful paid media strategies to accomplishClientoverarching goals and business objectives.
- Mine strategic work and data for consumer insights.
- Navigate large organizational structure.
- Translate data points from campaign results into meaningful client insights and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with large partner agencies across marketing disciplines.
Qualifications:
- 4 - 6 years of paid media/digital investment experience.
- A data-driven candidate who puts an emphasis on outcomes, not outputs.
- A trusted account lead who can anticipate client needs and problem solve on the fly.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation and optimization.
- Experience with paid publisher partnerships and partner/vendor management.
- Integrated media planning and buying experience outside of digital is a bonus but not required.
- Ability to execute campaigns with excellence in backend of platforms a must. Specifically on Meta, Google Ads (SEM, Video, Display), Pinterest, TikTok.
- Multi-channel media buying and planning experience delivering strong full-funnel plans to reach client KPIs.
- Manage paid media finances, including large projects within a budget.
- One who can develop channel strategy and reflect the nuances of different paid media channels.
- Strong understanding of performance and brand marketing, ability to set KPIs against objectives and buy media accordingly and then report on campaign results providing the necessary context.
- Understanding of web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and their presence within the user journey.
