How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be a process improvement expert who can analyze complex workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design and implement process changes, and monitor their impact. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and influence others will be crucial to your success. Roles And Responsibilities

Data Analysis

Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources related to payment operations.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data that can inform operational excellence and strategic decisions

Management Reporting

Prepare and maintain regular management reports on payment operations performance, monthly volume reporting, financials, KPIs, and other relevant metrics.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting, providing insights and recommendations based on data findings.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand reporting needs.

Assist in the development and implementation of reporting tools and dashboards that support operational goals

Data Integrity

Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing appropriate checks and validations.

Monitor and resolve data discrepancies or issues in collaboration with IT and other relevant departments.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, methodologies, and practices.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Adhoc Analysis

Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as requested by management or other departments.

Assist in project-based data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
