In This Role, You'Ll:
Be at the centre of developer and third-party funded infrastructure projects. You’ll make sure every requirement—from Development Application (DA) conditions to concept designs and deed obligations—is delivered smoothly from concept through to handover. These projects are delivered under a Works Authorisation Deed (WAD) signed between TfNSW and the Developer, and you’ll be the one making sure everything stays on track.
You’ll lead and administer contracts for road, bridge, traffic signals and any other TfNSW infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet safety, asset management, and network efficiency goals. You’ll manage project delivery from planning through to completion, oversee service providers, control costs, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while negotiating and administering WADs to ensure projects meet TfNSW standards and requirements.
But this role isn’t just about technical delivery—it’s about people too. You’ll be a key part of our team, helping to build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and TfNSW specialists to make sure every project to achieve road safety, asset management and network efficiency objectives.

About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll be a self-driven and adaptable professional with strong project and contract management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while building effective stakeholder relationships. You’ll bring relevant civil engineering qualifications (or equivalent), proven experience in road and bridge projects from design through to completion, and a solid understanding of WHS, quality, risk, and environmental management systems, as well as the materials, equipment, and techniques used in construction and maintenance in accordance with TfNSW standards.
