Location: Kambah, ACT (on the traditional lands of the Ngunnawal people)

Employment Type:  Permanent, Full Time (38 hours per week – Monday to Friday)

Pay:  $40.65 to $41.98 per hour + super

• Are you an experienced early learning professional ready to take the next step in your career?
• As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Kambah, you’ll use your leadership and operational skills to inspire your team, support centre excellence, and strengthen community relationships.
• Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care 
• Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team 
• Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence 
• Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
