RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior UX/Product Researcher to drive 0→1 and 1→N product outcomes by turning customer interviews, surveys, and usage data into clear product strategy, EPICs, and prioritized roadmaps. You’ll own the end-to-end research loop (plan → gather → synthesize → recommend → influence) and partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship initiatives that deliver 10x impact.
What you’ll do
Customer Discovery: Plan and run user research (interviews, diary studies, concept/usability tests, surveys) and create scalable guides and processes.Synthesis: Combine qualitative and quantitative data (interviews, surveys, funnels, NPS/CSAT) into actionable insights, JTBD, and opportunity maps; build frameworks like personas, journey maps, and opportunity solution trees.Strategy & Execution: Translate insights into product strategies, EPICs, and PRDs; facilitate structured decision-making sessions.Measurement & Experimentation: Define KPIs, set baselines, and run lightweight experiments to validate direction and impact.Influence & Enablement: Present insights to align stakeholders and coach PMs/designers on research best practices.
What we’re looking for- 5–8+ years in UX/Product Research or Insights roles embedded with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.- Proven ability to turn research into shipped EPICs and measurable business impact.- Mastery of mixed methods: interviews, concept/usability testing, survey design/analysis, JTBD.- Strong quantitative literacy (sample sizing, confidence intervals, practical significance).- Exceptional storytelling: distilling complex data into concise narratives that connect user truth to business outcomes.- Portfolio demonstrating research that shaped product strategy and roadmap direction.
Nice to have
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or creation tools (design labs, customization flows, retention).Familiarity with growth, funnels, and lifecycle messaging; ability to link UX outcomes to CAC, LTV, and retention.Comfort with rapid iteration and weekly product release cycles.
