To ensure global compliance with dangerous goods transport by managing classification, packaging, and documentation per regulations, and supporting sites to achieve safe and efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage global dangerous goods classification and labelling by IMDG, IATA, ADR, DOT, and UN TDG regulations.
• Maintain and update product safety data in the SAP database.
• Support production sites in selecting compliant packaging for international and national transport.
• Develop stakeholder and customer support networks, lead knowledge transfer and training initiatives.
• Establish and maintain standardized transport safety documentation (SOPs, process maps, guidelines).
• Provide timely regulatory updates to global project leaders and teams.
• Contribute to achieving global transport safety KPIs.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Master’s degree in chemistry or equivalent studies
• 4+ years of experience in Dangerous Goods Management within Product Stewardship in a global or multinational company.
• Proficiency in SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and WINS systems.
• Strong knowledge of IMDG, IATA-1, ADR, DOT, and UN TDG transport regulations.
• Ability to interpret safety test reports for chemical products (advantageous).
• Attention to detail and process compliance mindset.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for regulatory challenges.
