About the roleWe need an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team, covering a maternity leave. You'll play a vital part in expanding our photo personalisation business within the DACH and NORDICS markets. Your focus will be on boosting growth across search, including innovative areas like AI Search and GEO optimisation. You will work closely with teams like marketing, product, and tech on content initiatives that support our growth targets.

How You Embrace Curiosity Daily

• Define and carry out the SEO strategy and roadmap for the DACH and NORDICS regions.
• Take full ownership of content optimisation projects, from idea generation to performance tracking.
• Run keyword research and prepare detailed content briefs.
• Work with external agencies on Digital PR and other content initiatives.
• Support technical SEO efforts for our websites by running crawls and identifying bugs or new opportunities.
• Monitor performance, run deep analyses, and share findings with senior stakeholders to provide clear, actionable recommendations.

• You are the driver of content optimisation projects that directly improve search rankings and traffic in key markets.
• Your data analysis will translate into clear strategies that move the needle on our growth goals.
• You ensure the DACH and NORDICS websites have a strong, clean technical foundation for search.
• You keep the Storio group competitive by adapting quickly to Google's algorithm changes.
• You influence cross functional teams, ensuring SEO is a priority across product and content development.

What You Bring To The Team

• Three to five years of hands on experience in SEO.
• Proven experience managing content projects with multiple cross channel stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively and influence diverse teams.
• Understanding of Technical SEO principles and confidence in running website crawls.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in key SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMRush.
• You are proficient in English and either German, Swedish, or Norwegian.

• Deep knowledge of the Google algorithm logic and its real world impact.
• Experience in the photo personalisation or e-commerce search space.
• A formal qualification in a relevant field like Marketing or Computer Science.
