Your Role

As a PLM Application Support Engineer, you will be part of our global support team providing critical 24x7 coverage for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications with a focus on Teamcenter. 

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Delivering comprehensive L1/L2/L3 support for Teamcenter PLM and custom PLM systems, including issue resolution, user assistance, and system troubleshooting
  • Providing technical support and training to end-users on PLM system usage and best practices
  • Supporting and maintaining integrations with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise tools to ensure seamless data flow
  • Monitoring system health, scheduled jobs, and server performance; proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams including Infrastructure, Storage, and Network to resolve environment-related issues
  • Documenting and tracking issues, resolutions, and improvement opportunities in support logs and knowledge bases

Your Profile

  • Good conversational English skills (B2, C1, C2)
  • 4-6 years of experience in enterprise application maintenance and support
  • Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter) in L2/L3 support roles
  • Working knowledge of .NET and Java-based applications
  • Experience in system monitoring, job scheduling, and troubleshooting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and cross-functional teams
