Ready to make connectivity from space universally accessible, secure and actionable? Then you’ve come to the right place!
E-Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services. We are building a highly-advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) space system that will fundamentally change the design, economics, manufacturing and service delivery associated with traditional satellite and terrestrial IoT systems.
We’re intentional, we’re unapologetically curious and we’re 100% committed to innovate space-based communications and deliver actionable intelligence that will expand global economies, protect space and our planet and enhance our overall quality of life.
What is the role?
We are building out a new manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX and need a hands-on leader to shape, implement, and oversee our Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Facilities, and Security programs across our Arlington and Saratoga sites, with additional oversight of temporary U.S. sites and coordination with international locations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with federal contractor obligations, OSHA/state regulations, and U.S. export control requirements, while also driving a pragmatic, safety-first culture. The EH&S, Facilities & Security Manager will be a senior standalone role reporting to the executive team. This person will act as the company’s subject matter expert, working closely with leadership, operations, manufacturing, engineering, IT, procurement, trade compliance, and international POCs to ensure our sites are safe, secure, compliant, and scalable as we grow. This is an opportunity to help build a world-class manufacturing capability from the ground up in a highly regulated and fast-growing industry. You’ll shape the systems that keep our people safe, our sites secure, and our business compliant, all while working across a wide variety of challenges every day.
